Please be advised that training dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or other conditions beyond our control. These may include safety concerns or other issues arising during the training. We are not to be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience. In the event of date and schedule changes, all registered attendees will be notified in advance via email, and updates will also be accessible on this page. Please note that in such cases, cancellations are not permitted. Attendees are allowed to reschedule for the next available training session; however, no refunds will be issued for payments made through PayPal, as per the conditions of HVAC Providers LLC.

Additionally, there are no refunds for courses, and in the case of a chargeback, an additional fee of $25.00 will be charged for each transaction. Should the assigned trainer be unable to attend or fall ill, a substitute will be arranged to take over the instructional responsibilities.

During training sessions held at various locations such as schools, hotels, and other facilities, fire drills, code red drills, or other evacuation tests may be conducted randomly. In the event that such drills take place while you are in training, you will receive instructions on how to evacuate the building. It is important to follow all provided instructions during these exercises to ensure the safety of everyone present at the school in case of an emergency. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.                

I have thoroughly reviewed the training details and intend to purchase my ticket for participation. Prior to accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions, kindly ensure that you carefully read all the provided training information. I have read and accepted these terms. As a participant, I acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any potential mishaps or injuries that may occur during the training, absolving the organizers of any liability. 

It is imperative to note that all participants must be 18 years or older to engage in any of the training sessions offered. Additionally, for the NCCER program, participants must meet their specified criteria, such as possessing a high school diploma or equivalent.
